Justine goes to activist's meeting, where she was invited, but makes an arrogant comment and is thrown out from there. The next day, she apologizes to Alejandro, team captain of activists and implores to prove she cares about cause for women in Africa. Few days later Alejandro, Justine, Jonah, Kara, Amy, Samantha, Lars and Daniel, all big supporters of the cause head off to a flight, partly sponsored by Justine's father to Peru. Arriving to the destination, all activists leave extra gear behind, except their phones and passports. The group finds the bulldozers and set off an explosive to stop their acts. Justine gets hold at gunpoint while Alejandro films everything off to internet to show the world what kind of cruel actions those people make against others. Justine is traumatized and begs for her life. A man lowers his gun and the whole group gets arrested. While others are celebrating the victory of trending world wide, Justine is shaken and angry that she almost gave her life to the cause. Moments later a plane crashes and leaving people injured. the forest and begs them to help the group. Everyone of them gets arrow in their body, waking up they're being taken across the river to the village, where the tribe resides. Everybody is being put into wooden cage except Jonah, who
gets killed right away, the tribe cut apart his body parts one by one. The group realizes the tribe, who locked them up, are cannibalists. The next morning when Justine wakes up, one of the children is playing with her flute necklace. Justine
starts playing it, the child likes the music. Villagers arrive and pull Justine, Amy and Samantha out of their cages. Justine realizes they're going to remove female genitals like she learned at college in class. Amy and Samantha are put back into the cage with others, Justine arrives back later, saying she doesn't remember what the Elder did to her. They've given food, not knowing where the food came from, but realizing they need energy if they want to escape, everybody eats their portion. Only Amy is disgusted with the food since she's a vegan. Samantha being gone for too long, Amy sees how the children put somebody's skin on their skin, she realizes Samantha has been killed and eaten, so she cuts her throat and dies instantly. Justine makes her way out of the jungle. Alejandro begs Justine to save him, but she leaves him behind. Returning back home, Justine testified as herself being sole survivor from the crash.
